Can we get Community features added into Halo 5?

READ BOLD TO GET THE TL;DR
Halo is fun, but is currently lacking social features that the previous titles have had. These are just some of the ideas myself and others came up with, they may not be perfect so you are welcome to discuss and improve upon them if you’d like, even suggest your own idea and I can edit it in.

  • Community Hub – this is where everything comes together. The Halo 5 main menu already has a Community tab, under Campaign and Multiplayer. This would preferably be an in game hub, where players will have access to a File browser, can share clips and screenshots, and more! In Fact let’s expand on that.

  • What’s hot Tab – when you open the hub, this is the first thing you will see. It will be top daily (or weekly) screenshots, clips, game types, maps, ALL submitted and voted on by the community. - E-sports Tab – Pro team news and videos, twitter streams. Tournament info, live streams, brackets, etc. - Events Tab – community events will go here, stuff like contests in which you can vote, previous contest winners, surveys after playing in the test playlist. More on that later. - File Browser Tab – User submitted content. Clips, screenshots, maps, game types, combos, all of which can be sorted by Top Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and All time and New. - Player search Tab – search a gamertag, view stats, fileshare, gamercard, whatever - My profile Tab – will have all your stats, ranks, fileshare - Community rank - your involvement in the community will not go unrewarded. Community rank is a separate ranking system from Spartan rank and the skill rank. The more involved you are in various activities, the more your rank progresses, and when you rank up you get rewarded. Req points, exclusive armor customizations, emblems. I was even thinking armor effect like grunt birthday party. - Content contests – all user submissions can be voted up ( no “downvote” to help decrease vote tampering) and the top 5 most popular content in each category (clips, screenshots, maps) for the week will reward the submitter Req points!(whatever is a fair amount)

  • Weekend contests - the above idea could be made into an event, where popular submissions throughout the week are chosen to be voted upon, think (America’s funniest Home Videos) there will be 3 submissions, the community votes and picks winners. Contests opens Saturday and closes Sunday night and winners are decided and rewarded. - Test Playlist – new game types, maps 343 wants to introduce to the user base but needs more feedback on. This can be a weekend only thing, and can range from 343 made to community made content. Involvement will up your community rank (can place a cap if necessary) and after 3 games you can take a survey to give feedback.

  • Survey - Completing the survey will reward you with your choice of Req points, limited time req or XP bonus, or community XP. There will be certain questions to make sure you don’t just BS your way through though. - Community playlists – forge maps and gametypes that is updated weekly. Halo 5 has something similar but since forge isn’t available at launch I don’t it’s the same thing.

  • Voting – users can vote on gametypes and maps they’d like to see in the next week’s playlist. - E-sports – if this takes off, feature it more! Let players submit brackets, rewarding them req points for each part of the bracket they get right, whoever gets 100% is rewarded with the winning teams gear, such as logo as emblems, armor/weapon skills, stances, whatever.

  • Pledging - Each player can pledge to a pro team (pledge is locked for a certain amount of time) and the more that pro team wins, the more gear their followers get - Season Ticket - similar to Smite’s season ticket, a season Ticket gives you HCS themed skins, access to season Fantasy games (we can include the brackets in here) and every ticket purchase contributes to the general prize pool for Halo e-sports - Mobile App for the community Hub - Allows you to view the community hub, search files and even remote download maps and gametypes straight to your xbox, from your smartphone/tabletThese features added on top of an already awesome game would help sustain a large and active community long after launch. The Halo community will benefit by have a larger population, more rewards for being active, and more content through file browser. 343i benefits by having their game sustain a large user base months after launch (more people playing, more micro-transactions being bought) and more exposure to Halo 5 E-sports, which is something they are really pushing. Many of these features would be best with the new Forge mode which releases in December, so it’s not too late! Lets show that we want these features!

I would honestly really like if this did happen. Really though it won’t be all of these features that will be present. But if even ½ the above features were added, it would make it bigger than halo 3’s community system.
