As it stands now the “social” seems to use the exact same search parameters as ranked. Which really defeata the purpose.
Lets say you’re a plat level player. When you play ranked you have a head set in and trying and paying attention. You are a plat level player. But when you play social and you may be only semi paying attention or you’re taking turns with your girlfriend/roomate/whoever you’re no longer a plat level player. You’re more like a silver/gold but the game will keep matching you every game vs plat players. This reaults in an unenjoyable experience.
Point being- people’s skill levels can vary greatly while they play casually. Social playlists used to be tailored to this by giving games of varying skill levels. But now they do not. This defeats the purpose of social.
The social games were always fun, like Juggernaut and stuff. I’d like to see them return.
This thread again…
Just because there are people better than you in social does not mean there is something wrong with social. Just play the game.

There is something wrong with social. It doesn’t provide a casual experience. The “social” playlists only match me agaisnt players who are at my level when im trying my hardest. Thats great in ranked but in social I dont play at that level.
