Can we get a Mlg ffa playlist? Nbns!!!!

Who here would like to play a Nbns Mlg ffa playlist? I happen to be one of the many players in this community that goes into matchmaking solo. All my friends who loved to play Halo 3 absolutely hate Reach, so I have to deal with teammates who don’t communicate or complete noobs in party chat. I believe adding this playlist would save people the frustration of playing with teammates who don’t understand how to play, and would add a another competitive playlist that relies purely on your own skill.

Add Arena Divisions to it and I would be happy. I miss Arena FFA. Also take out all the power weapons like Arena FFA lol.

MLG deal with this stuff, they are in direct contact with 343 Industries, your best bet is the MLG forums.

Adam Apicella (a.k.a Clap) - who is SVP of Operations at MLG - said recently on The Halo Council that they’re trying right now to get an MLG FFA playlist into matchmaking since FFA will be a big part of MLG Columbus this year.

Previous experience with such a playlist has conclusive shown there isn’t enough players interested in that kind of experience to make it viable.

Rumble Hardcore failed in Halo 2, MLG FFA failed in Halo 3, and Arena FFA failed in Halo: Reach. Even if it gets added (which seems even more unlikely given how close we are to the hard cap for # of playlists), it will probably fail and get removed.

There are plenty of playlists not deserving of a spot that could be easily removed to make room for something better and interesting like this. The key to an FFA playlist being successful is not depriving the players of the access to power weapons. Having an FFA playlist that does not promote anything but camping and DMR battles is not conducive to competitive play…
