Can we finally view other players in 1st pers

You know when you out dmr/br a kid you want the clip from their point of view? They’re ashamed or embarrassed to give you the clip…this is why 1st person view of another player would be great. You think they’ll do it, or any stupid reasons why not to, such as people claiming clips of them, that are another player?

Theater is exactly like Halo: Reach, you still can’t view others first person view.

Although, the fact we can see kill cams now shows we can see others point of view without many issues.

who knows, maybe the theater files become too large if it stores all the information of where people are exactly aiming? not sure, don’t know how it all works.

It also begs the question as to why they could not input a spectator mode, as we already have an instant replay from another players POV.

No such thing as “takes up too much bandwidth” on LAN, but whatever 343.

Do you really expect them to spend resources on a spectator mode only working on Lan?
Support the Dedicated Servers thread for H5-6 so we actualy have a chance to get a spectator mode.

I wish we could view other people’s 1st person in theater mode. That would be the one thing I would want to be added.

There is no 1st view enabled when you are viewing a match you played from another persons perspective to keep people from taking clips of other people playing and claim it as their own gameplay, like for montages and such. Been like that in Halo 3.

Yes. In fact it should have been a priority. Why? Because of MLG. Forget all the hate and casual vs competitive BS.

Halo was was played at a professional level, for money up to 100,000 dollars. There is a huge community that would directly benefit from a LAN spectator mode, and it arguably could have an impact on teh livelyhood of many people. What else would you need as incentive for a game mode?

It doesn’t make sense, i mean they put the kill cams in first person, how much more bandwidth would having a spectator mode use if you disable kill cams? compared to a kill cam for every death? there’s going to be at least 60 kill cams shown to one team in infinity slayer per game, How much bandwidth is that going to use.
