I mean, I really expect it’s too early to tell.
No Halo game has been cross play yet - and if you’re on PC, wouldn’t you want to use mouse/keyboard exclusively anyway?

That’s what I first thought, but some people love to abuse the handicap to feel MLG. If something CAN be abused, it WILL be abused https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5K3CKd5Pfg
If they were smart they would include crossplay at launch AND give users the option to use input-based MM. At launch there is no worry about splitting a playerbase and having these options would not drive any player away from the game.
