Can we expect a revamped dashboard theme too?
On my Xbox 360, I have several different themes from Halo CE. Some (If not all) of them are really outdated - (Pre-premium era) and look really tacky with the fugly Kinect dashboard.
With the new dashboard coming out in a few weeks/months(?) what better time to show off some of those revamped visuals in a Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary dashboard theme.
I would definitely buy it, and I’m sure many others would too.
I was just thinking about this today. My theme needs to be changed. I wonder how difficult it would be to have a CEA theme created and certified by the time 11/15 rolls around…
I am hoping for all kinds of Avatar and Dashboard treats as we draw closer to Nov 15th.
Considering that Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary is being produced by 343 Industries who are a Microsoft Games Studio with Halo being Microsoft’s biggest Xbox 360 Game Title then its obvious that there will be indeed a new Dashboard Theme.
Maybe some new Avatar Kit as well.
I am sure that there will be both Avatar equipment and themes in the marketplace a while after CEA’s release.
Just a note, if you haven’t seen already, there will be a new Dashboard design coming out around late august, early september.
I advise you look at the pictures, Dashboard themes look almost useless as the Dashboard take up the whole middle of the screen.

New dashboard looks good but it renders almost all previous themes USELESS.

All that i have seen is photos of the Kinect Interface Dashboard… So i wouldnt say anything yet.

I assumed that it was for everyone that dashboard, Kinect or not.

Kinect or not that is what it looks like. Kinect just makes it easier to navigate.

I don’t think so, It still looks like a Kinect Only interface… It would blow hardcore if i have to use my controller to navigate that hell hole… Yeah, i never liked the X360 first dash, it was a pain… If they go away from the NXE like this i’d hate my life… Unless they gave me the option to change the white to black… Then im happy.

I’m pretty sure it utilizes Kinect more than the current dashboard but it is not Kinect only.

Yeah I saw that too, I was just wondering if that would replace any of the existing Themes we currently have.
