You shouldn’t be playing if you weren’t invited to the flight and you shouldn’t be gifting codes that were meant for you or using codes that weren’t. I’m not sure about bans for this type of thing, but it’s always possible. You won’t have access to the Insider support site so you won’t be able to submit bug reports and you probably won’t be able to correctly launch the build as your account won’t be allowed access
