can two accounts on xbox unlock the swarm skull?

hi guys,i recently added the halo nightfall code on one of the xbox live accounts i have. i tried to access halo nightfall on another account on the same xbox, to get the unlocks, but it didnt work. is there a way to get halo nightfall on multiple accounts?

I believe Nightfall entitlements are locked to the account that the app is associated to.

So do I have to delete it and reinstall it on a different account?
