Can the ODST's in FireFight die?

And if they can, do they come back with a new wave, round, or set?

i guess they come everytime theres the whole “lives added, weapon drop” because theres a longer gap than between waves

J0HN is most likely correct, it is confirmed that they are vulnerable, and it would be safe to say they are deployed at the start of every round.

All I know is that pelicans will drop 'em off. When that will happen is still not confirmed.

In the video they already look totally useless. One ODST had a needler. And, oh yeah, two needles a second…how awesome is that. Cant believe they just put in the dumb campaign A.I. with a “follow the player” script.

Well, at least you can give them heavy weapons. I hope, lol

Yes. Ive seen their corpses in other gameplay videos. Hopefully you can swap weapons with them so they have better weapons.

Cool. Thank you.

You know, that never even occurred to me. I think that would a be a sweet alternative to infinite ammo boxes in FF is resorting to finding guns and ammo left by deceased UNSC members scattered across the map.

i wish that they came in through orbital insertion, but that would wreck canon. Oh well.

I think they may have buffed their health; usually they die with one smack to the chops however they seem to shrug it off here.

Yes, they die. I ran around killing some of them. They replenish with weapon drops, if I remember.

yeah that would be cool, in customs you can turn off ammo crates

I love having a marine on the turret of my warthog and another in the passenger seat with my rocket launcher I just gave him. Will definatly be doing this with the O.D.S.T’s.

I like this addition to FF.

Infinite ammo through ally swap’s returning then? Because if there’s one thing you should never do, it’s, never trust your marines with a power weapon.

I hope they are not going to be like in Halo 3, where they had a lot of health but had bad AI.
