i have been having a problem with halo 5 guardians after downloading the game I click on the game on the Xbox one and this is what it says o do not own this game or app can you please help
That sounds like your Xbox Live account isn’t registering that you own the license for the copy of the game.
Do you have a digital copy or disk copy?
If digital, did you purchase the game on a different console or different account?
When did this issue start occurring?
Have you tried clearing your console’s cache?
It is a disc it is very clean must be Xbox any suggestions?

Could be a disk read error. How old is your console? Can it read other disks ok? You might want to try using a different Halo 5 disk before considering fixing/replacing your console.

Where did you purchase the game?

If from game just take it back and they will replace it for you if from cex then take it back and ask for a refund as they will just rip you off unlike game or gamestop
