I installed the MCC and was going to play through the campaigns with with them. The games apparently weren’t installed so I reinstalled the ones that we were going to play right now. The halo game CE was finished installing and I went to go load it up. The game said that it needed to be installed. I went back and it was still installed. I tried resetting the game and resetting the Xbox itself but nothing worked. I need help!

I would try going to My Games and Apps, press start on MCC, go to Manage Game and Add-ons, uninstall all content on the MCC, and then uninstall the MCC. Restart your Xbox, install the MCC, and then all the extra content for the MCC and see if that works.
