Hey guys I am not sure if this has already been covered but it seems like I can’t join matchmaking because my Xbox is off-line however this is not the case As every other application works perfectly.
Even the season Points counter says that I am offline.
I have already tried restarting my Xbox, changing user , and switching of the Wi-Fi, What can I do?
I’m having the same problem. My guess is the servers are down.
Servers aren’t down, i just played a game.
Not working here either… when I try to search message comes up “Contacting server to get latest matchmaking data. Please wait.”
Yup, cant contact servers, they gotta be down.
I am alos getting this issue on PC. The game loads and says ‘offline season 0’ and in attempting to find an online game ‘Contacting server to get latest matchmaking data. Please wait.’ comes up.
I have logged in and out of my account and made sure everything is up to date…

Twitch is also down at the moment, so this potentially goes further than just being a Halo issue.
Yeah I’m having the exact same thing. “Offline Season 0” then just “Contacting Servers” constantly. Nothing has worked for me so far.
I see people are currently playing MCC on Twitch who are in the US though. Maybe it’s an EU thing?
Edit: Is also now crashing when trying to “Quit to desktop” and just stays on a lagged Menu screen

Just came back on now. In matchmaking
Services should potentially be back I’m hearing, may be hit and miss depending where you are. Maybe give your game / console a quick reboot to make sure
I just tried it in Central US on PC, still down. I don’t know if this was just a sever thing or intentional, I can’t find a source that I know is actually connected to 343 since I don’t have twitter.
It still says offline, but I’m able to view the challenge hub and matchmake. This is Eastern US, on series X
