I can’t not get nightfall. I buy the movie and watch the whole movie and it was good and went back to halo 5, didn’t get a helmet. Also halo channel isn’t working for some reason.
This has been a known issue for some time. They are few forums talking about it on here already. From other users experiences within the last year it does not appear to be possible to unlock the Nightfall Helmet through the Halo Channel. It however is possible to unlock it from REQ Packs at random as it was added to this pool.

I got the helmet from going to the halo app and watching the series! for free

How though did u watch halo waypoint because I went on it and didn’t work and even on a phone didn’t work. Which app did u went on

Idt it works anymore tbh. I tried to get the req pack u get for watchin a vid thru the Halo Channel app. Never got it.
