I live near Chicago in the US and I struggle to find matches in multiplayer. This morning I logged on and played for 2.5 hours and only could find 2 matches during this time. Both games I had a ping above 200 (mine is typically 8-10). I was searching solo and tried every playlist to no avail. When hovering over each playlist it stated my wait time would be approximately 50 seconds however after 15 minutes of searching in each playlist it could not find a match. Is there anything I can do to correct this?
I have limited time with work and enjoy playing however this is a frequent problem for me.
2.5 hours and only 2 matches? damn, it’s never been that bad for me. Maybe try later hours closer to weekends? schedule your time the most you can. Not much else I could suggest.
Just an update here, Sunday April 17th I had the same issue. I searched in Quick Play, tactical, BTB, slayer and finally switched to FFA where I finally found a match after 45 minutes. The FFA match had a ping of 200 and was unplayable.
I hope you submitted a ticket or something because there’s absolutely no reason that should be happening. If you’re in the US you should still be finding games in well under a minute. In Ohio at any point during the day its sub 30 seconds and sub 10 seconds during peak times every night. And 200 ping is probably a server somewhere in Asia.
Same issue this morning. My estimated wait time is 30 seconds however it searches and searches for half an hour and times out numerous times without putting me in a game. Solo queueing, and tried restarting game and shutting off Xbox. This consistently prevents me from completing challenges.
Even in season 2 I still struggle with this. Fired up quick play this morning and it’s been searching for 30 minutes with no match being found. Tells me my wait time is 45 seconds. This is a constant issue for me, if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
Took a long break from the game and came back this morning to mess around. I Have been searching for an hour an every playlist and have only found one match in snipers but the ping was 198 and game was completely unplayable with most people quit from the game.
It’s been 3 months now for me having this issue ….
Experienced this issue again this morning. I had two hours before work and searched in every playlist solo. Most playlist said my wait time would be 30-45 seconds but after 90 minutes of searching I could not find a match. About 1 hour and 45 minutes into searching I found a match in big team battle but the game glitched in the loading screen so I had to turn the console off. 2 hours of “playing” and not a single game played.

They don’t respond to comments about technical issues on the forums if I recall correctly. You should try submitting a ticket to support, see if they can help you out.
I put in a support ticket months ago and still have the same problem. Trying to play quick play solo and estimated wait time is 14 seconds and it’s been searching for 30 minutes without finding a match.
At least you can play 2 matches for 2 hours.
In Asia sometimes I have to wait 6 hours for 1 match in any mode including Bot Camp mode, and sometimes Can’t find any match all day long.
