Hello,
i´ve buyed the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition from an external seller. Aktivate the key on MS-Store was no Promlem, i can see the game in my Game Library.
But on the place for the download arrow there is an exclamation mark and it says the Game doesn´t run on this equipment an on the Information available for only Xbox One is listed.
The Xbox Support can´t help me, but the say the Game is fine and usually the Game have to run.
Did someone now this Problem and can help me?
