Can’t connect to multiplayer on any Halo game.

Hi guys.

i’ve been having trouble connecting to any Halo online activities. I have recently contacted Xbox support and they have said to contact 343. I couldn’t find a direct contact but I guess I’ll try my luck here.

i have tried multiple halo games but I just cannot connect to any online service. It’s odd because this is the only game it happens for.

This may be a dumb question, but do you have an xbox live gold membership? If yes, try check xbox live status.
Also, have you tried multiplayer with another game?

I have an Xbox live gold membership. And yeah I’ve played other games. It’s just Halo services that don’t work…
