I’ve been running into an issue connecting to halo servers when presenting the menu. I tried from Xcloud, Steam, and an Xbox Series X and Series S. I’ve tried from different locations (the Midwest and south east United States). I’ve restarted routers, modems, and all but factory reset everything.
I unenrolled from the Xbox preview.
What do I need to do to play the damn game?

I’ve been having this problem too. You can try soft resets(close halo infinite from menu and restart.) Usually within 2 to 3 of those I can connect. If that doesn’t work I’ll do a power reset on xbox. Hold power button for 10 seconds when turning off. This usually fixes the problem right away. Try another softie if it doesn’t.

This tells me your router has geo-filtering turned on. Which was banned by 343 early last year. If the game detects geo-filtering it will give you a “can’t connect to halo servers” message. Turn off any geo-filtering features.

Ya I have the same issue. Like these errors
“There was a issue with the halo infinite Servers”
Or
I will start hosting a game and with 20 people on my server. This is the funny error message:
“Sorry you cannot connect to the fireteam”
Then I get disconnected from the game.
Really? I was the fireteam leader
