Can’t change emblem color?

I haven’t been able to change my emblem color for like 7 months but I haven’t really said anything until now cause I figured it was something that happened to everyone so id just wait for someone to bring it up but if it’s been this long and it’s still like this, it might just be me

i can change the emblem but when I go to colors it’s just blank and I can’t do anything but back out of it

Which Halo game are you having trouble with? If your emblem fails to save the colors you’ve selected, try these options:

  • Try a hard reset of your Xbox. Hold down the power button until it turns off, unplug the power cable for 30 secs, then switch back on
  • Restart your internet router by either turning it off for 30 seconds or holding down the reset button on the router itself

Halo 5, the thing is, I can change my armor color, but the emblem color menu just won’t show up, it’s not a network issue because it’s been so long and I’ve reset my Xbox several times and even got a whole new internet provider but it still won’t show up
