Can sprint be disabled?

I’m just curious, can sprint be disabled? I’m making a remake in Forge, and the original game type didn’t use sprint.

There must be a way of disabling it somewhere though, like the flood can’t sprint if anybody noticed that

Yes.

I played on a friends custom game, which had classic infection with no Flood.

There was disabled sprint.

The gametype was modded. But my normal game could play it.
