i just came and barely posted one comment and it was immediately flagged? it says in a message i got that it was for advertising and promotional material but that makes zero sense

Nothing’s being flagged that I can tell, you only have 2 actions so far on this site and neither are flagged or punished in any way.

There is a way? Like submitting a ticket and then they take weeks to get back? If you post about them you better make sure you’re 100% correct or they will get sensitive.
Some things are worthwhile replying to, others aren’t. This seems to be a glitch which should get reported.
Submitting a message means all monitors will see it.
That’s because posting about them is against CoC. Its generally irrelevant anyway, especially in the Infinite sub forum.
Mod posts on the Halo Bungie forums got shut down as they were against CoC. Not sure about the current forums though as they’re just a mess and I’ve pretty much avoided them since I was banned in 2009.
It doesn’t help that most posts about the mod team are just irrelevant rage posts anyway.
Some things are worthwhile to reply to? Unless the ticket is trolling or hate they should be replying to it. I’ve submitted about 3 tickets in the last year and every one took at least a week to reply and it was ALWAYS a copy paste reply. I’m sorry but their communication is terrible and any good customer service setup would almost always reply to tickets even if it’s repetitious BS, that’s what an FAQ and Forum communication is for (Which 343 fails at the latter for sure).
I think Foman is the one who got me actually lol.
They do it here too, little more professionally and constructive than the Bungie crew days. Things were fun then.

Flags can be thrown out for the wrong reasons. Nothing good can come from huge flame wars between communities and the moderators so they have a very low threshold for (lack of a better word) mutiny.

Then when Reach rolled around he claimed the Reach statue would be worth more than double the price of the special edition of Reach a year later. An exact year later I posted a link replying to him for a buy now price on Ebay for $16 HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHHAA!
