The reason why the perfection medal doesn’t show up? i have 3 perfection all in team slayer if you look my medals they don’t show up, why?

Because they haven’t been programmed to show up in the medals chest (or whatever its called).

He’s talking about the Waypoint Service Record, not the Bungie one.
OP, the Service Record here missed out a few medals when being made, it is safe to say they will be added in the future.
