I haven’t been on the forums lately, but I would have expected any news to simply be on the front page.
343i said they were showing vehicles, what happened?
Were they shown, but it was only things we’ve already seen?
Or did they just not show up? If so, was the absence explained?
343 never said there would be anything at the toy fair dude.
Pretty much all we saw were placeholders, and mock-ups of boxes. The general public saw nothing, who knows what the distributors and whatnot saw behind-the-scenes.

I suppose it could be like how my posts ‘disappeared’ when I was saying they are yet to prove anything.

They never said anything about the Toy Fair, though they did announce <mark>this</mark> and <mark>this</mark> near the date that everyone was saying we were going to see stuff.
We got place holder images which confirmed the following will be in Halo 4
Ghost
Mongoose
Banshee
Warthog (obviously)
Elites
Marines
The placeholder images where all images from Halo 3 and Reach.
If you are waiting for Halo 4 info, expect a lot of news March 5th.

Not completely true; Frankie said that we’d be getting some Halo 4 vehicle info, regarding toys, “in a few more sleeps,” which, at the time, was a few days before the toy fair.
That, and they even had a promotional teaser poster released for the exact event of showing the H4 toys at the fair. Whether 343i themselves released that is unknown, but someone did.
But, as it stands OP, we only saw the Halo 4 warthog, which we’ve seen already in Forza 4. That said, we also saw evidence of the Ghost, Banshee, Hornet and Mongoose making a return through a series of placeholders (this was on the same site as the 'hog). It’s up to you to decide if they’re real, but we still haven’t seen the actual things.
Then there is the stuff shown at the Nuremburg Toy Fair. Mega Bloks had a display, however with the info embargo on Halo 4, nothing from that game was shown.
They did show:

Seraph
Several minifig sets
All new Die-cast line
There will be the same and more shown at New York Toy Fair next weekend. I’ll be reporting from there and will post pics on my blog (www.halofanforlife.com) as well as provide links here to that info (since we can’t post pics here).
Though again, no specific Halo 4 product is expected to be seen.
