I’ve played shooter games for almost 20 years and i dont know what this means, or how it helps, so can someone please explain what these terms mean please??
I know it’s something to do with cheating but what??
AKF= Away from Keyboard.
Basically when someone goes AFK it’s just to farm the match for cR. With the automated ban hammer afks will wait out the match and show up rockets blaring for the final few minutes or bonus round. Our heroes.

That isn’t the only method of AFK abuse though.
Some people will go into FFA (Free for All) with guest accounts on unmanned controllers (AFK), then they’ll proceed to kill the inactive guest accounts in an effort to boost their KDs
That’s not AFKing. That is what is called Idle Controller Boosting, and is a HIGHLY bannable offence.

Hey speaking of Idle Controller Boosting, how exactly do I let 343 know that somebody is cheating via this method? Is there a place I report cheaters?

Ummm…lets see here click on person’s gamer profile. At the bottom above “Mute” you Should see “File Complaint” it’s in there
