Whenever I watch someone quickscope it looks as though they scope then shoot so fast that there wasn’t actually any time to alter their aim after scoping, they pretty much scope and shoot at the same time. So how does quickscoping help them? How is it any easier than no scoping?
Along with your topic regarding Reach, quick scoping also has no advantage in Halo 3, or Halo 2, or Halo 3: ODST or Halo CE, or Halo CEA.

Rofl that’s also what I thought. Thanks for clearing things up
this is what quickscoping is:
In CoD (primarily works in CoD), there is this thing called aim assist or sometimes auto aim (forgot what its called in that game because I never used it) that lets you snap your sights closer to a person, to help you aim. People would simultaneously scope in and shoot because it made the bullet hit a lot closer to the target. It is exploiting a problem with programming in CoD to make one’s shot look amazing and to make it look like one has skill. When one doesn’t have aim assist on, the bullet misses wildly. Those are the “noobs” who can’t quick-scope.
