Can somebody explain this reason for this?

Every time I go to run a map it sez “Do you want to run this untested map?” WHY!??? Its the maps that game with the game. Whats the point?

Also…

Is there anywaty to turn off the lame popup??

Are you sure it’s saying untested or does it say untrusted? Because I get the pop up notification saying that a file is untrusted when I go to play my custom Firefight maps to complete challenges on. I’ve never seen it say untested though so I don’t know about that.

Your correct it did say untrusted, Is there any way to turn off that popup?

As far as I know there is no way to.

In the gameplay settings, change the file share trust level to anyone.

Yeah - I get that message for game types I’ve created myself, I’m sure it’s an oversight and will be fixed at some point.

Is the solution to this by setting the trust level to anyone? What is the point of trust levels anyways? If I set the trust level to anyone and download a untrusted map or gamemode from someones fileshare. Could I potentially get banned or trigger the anti-cheat without knowing the dangers of the file?
