Can somebody confirm this for me?

Hey Forum,

Does the Halo 4 limited edition come with a DVD/Blu-ray copy of Forward unto dawn or just a token to watch an extended version. I will be extremely upset if there is no hard copy.

At the moment, it does NOT. But there will be retail copies in stores, and I do believe BS Angel said something more on the topic in the latest bulletin.

Here’s the bulletin.

And the exact quote…

> I heard that the Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn Special Edition that comes with Halo 4 LE will be digital content. Is that true? If so, as one of the minority whose internet connection isn’t good enough to stream video content without obscene hours of buffering, please tell me that a physical copy will one day exist. -Stolen Snapshot

> Yes, we’re working on making the full show available for sale both digitally and in stores in case you’re not lucky enough to snag one of the Halo 4 limited versions. Plans are still very much in progress and more details on those options will come later. Please stay tuned.

As dumb as it seems, it doesn’t come with a hard copy, you have to watch it off waypoint.

There is no hard copy. It is viewable through Waypoint, confirmed by David Ellis.

It sucks to stream it…I want to be able to watch it anywhere I go, with or without internet connection.

It’s a way to keep production costs down. I’m not surprised by this.

So then, why does every picture of the LE show two separate cases? I was thinking one was a copy of FUD and the other was the actual Halo 4 disc.

Please insert disc 2 to continue…
