Can Sombody Tell Me what this means?

As stated in these issue in these forums I have an issue with saving Mode Setting that don’t the save mode Settings.

Here is the response from tech support:

So what does the above statement mean to me regarding my issue with Custom Games not saving Mode Settings. I’m Confused! :weary:
