Can rocks PLEASE take skill to use?

I mean c’mon,why can’t we pick rocks up off the map and throw them at enemy’s,break their visors with em or something.Set them down like mines so they trip over them and then have a trap and drop a boulder on them.I know what your thinking,this is exactly like CoD,but this could take actual skill to use and tactical knowledge.343 make this happen,i will love you forever.

Locks should be a loadout weapon. It wouldn’t be fair if locks were a power weapon, because it would mess up the sandbox and unbalance the game. I was playing in a sandbox once, and only one kid had a lock. He was untouchable! If I had a lock I would have been able to do something about that tryhard.
