Can Reach have a Race playlist using ONLY Community Race Tracks? It would be cool, as Racing is fun, and more of a social gametype.
Also, can 343 make a special re-textured Race Track?

As long as the vehicle is overturned players cant warp to it, its still fairly easy to get the achievement.
Also, no damage can be done to anyone on a vehicle. Get off, though, and you risk getting pwned off the map.

It could be put in the Race only playlist, no one said it had to be a FFA race playlist.

A team Race Playlists? This is new to me, however, that would be slighty boring in my opinion.
Racing is all about Free for All.
Just have 4 things in the Race playlist. to choose from.
Gametype 1- FFA Race
Gametype 2- Team Race
Gametype 3- Battle Tracks (Teams/2 players, one guy drive, other guy has weapons to try and kill)
Gametype 4- Zealot Race? (Elites)
FFA Races seem exciting?
Whenever I play a race its all about who spawns in lead position and who can go the longest without falling off the map (Rainbow Road syndrome). I figure if you are going to have a “Mario Kart” playlist you might as well make it a Double Dash type thing and have players fire Rockets/EMP with limited ammunition.

Only way this would be possible is a 9/7 player size limit on the playlist, somewhat like Premium Slayer where it has the option to be 6v6 or 5v5. After a certain amount of time they could bump the 9th/7th slot off and make it a 2v2v2(v2) race.

Still doesn’t solve the problem of people getting off, even if they are off for a short time they can still cause annoyance.

I’ll put up a Race variant/map I downloaded in my fileshare, try to get off and cause havoc.
