Can play people's maps, but not gametypes

Hey Spartans,

I’ve been trying to stockpile some custom games to play with my friends, but I’ve run into a problem. Once I follow the creators and make bookmarks on the files I want, the maps work just fine, but I can’t play on, or even select, the gametypes. Am I doing something wrong, or is there some kind of bug I’m experiencing?

Press “y” on the gametype to “save gametype”. It will always work if you do so. Another trick to make it work is by selecting the official 343 gametype before the bookmarked one. So if you’re trying to play a Strongholds custom mode, select the official 343 Strongholds THEN your bookmarked custom Strongholds and it should work. Either that or just save the gamemode to your own files. Good luck :slight_smile:

Held a custom lobby of 14 people today and I couldn’t select the Gametypes either so most of them left. It was REALLY annoying
