Woke up, hoping to get an hour or so of playtime before I go to work, and I can’t seem to connect to the servers to check my Challenges, Shop, Profile, Armor Hall, etc. All menu windows regarding them or any online-related play seem to be stuck at loading.
But then I start Big Team Battle and I just got in a game just fine - with my character in the default Spartan appearance my weapons just so.
Curious if this is happening/has happened to anyone else before because I see a lot of Default Spartans right now.
Playing on a Series X btw.

Do you have enough deditated wam to server?
Having the same issue in the same system.

Same here. No access to challenges, customisation, etc. But i can load into games.

I too am able to get into a game, but not access any of the menus. My whole team in the most recent game I played said they were experiencing the same issue. It also seemed the enemy team was dealing with the same thing. I did notice about 3/4 of the way into the match, someone had their skin change back to normal.

Was having this issue about an hour ago as well. I thought it was because I left a game via the menu - I’d started a game without realising one of my fireteam wasn’t joined up yet x.x But yeah we were seeing a lot of other default spartans too so I guess it would have to be a server issue.
I’m playing on pc but the other person in my fireteam is playing on Xbox one and saw the same default armors.
