It won’t let me connect to the servers, and I haven’t been able to download the newest update today yet either. It says “Error authorizing user with Halo 5: Guardians services.” WTF does this mean and how do I fix it?
Try doing a hard reset of your Xbox:
- Quit all your apps back to the dashboard - Hold in the power button for 30 seconds, the fan in the power brick should cut out just before 30 seconds - Unplug the power brick for about 30 seconds - Plug everything back in and boot up your box - Load up Halo 5 and you should hopefully be prompted to update the gameEverything should work for you after that, do post back if you have any issues
