I’m playing on Windows 10 and having the most baffling problem. I installed the Master Chief Collection from the Xbox Game Pass app for Windows 10. It spent a few hours downloading all 60+ GB. When I launch the game, I am only able to play the Halo CE campaign. When I try to play the Reach or Halo 2 campaign, it says the game is “not installed” and asks if I would like to install it. Clicking yes does nothing. If I go into Options&Career > Settings > Gameplay > Change Installed Games, it shows all three games as installed, but Halo 2 and Halo Reach have a blue lock over them. I have tried everything including reinstalling the collection multiple times, but nothing seems to work. Anyone know a fix for this?
