After downloading the Halo Channel and installing Nightfall, I am unable to watch nightfall. When i click Originals and go to nightfall it wants me to download it. After clicking Download it says that it is installed. I have contacted Xbox and no help sadly. Please help anyone I’m trying to watch these to get my Armour.
I’m in the same boat friend. Tried everything numerous times short of paying for it. Your not alone, many many people are having this problem. Guess I won’t be getting that beta armour unlock either. (Sigh).

Some potential troubleshooting steps to try:
a) Uninstall Halo Channel and Nightfall, then power off the Xbox One for 3+ minutes (Hard power down by holding power for 30+ seconds or unplugging (preferred) , then power back on and re-install
b) Verify that other content can connect and play correctly, such as The Bulletins/The Sprint
c) If possible, fire off the video: ‘Remaking the Legend: Halo2 Anniversary’ and let it play to completion
d) Ensure that your network does not have DNS limiting software (Such as Norton DNS software, or content filtering software) in place. We have seen Halo Channel and Waypoint trigger ‘block due to violence’ filters
