I am having trouble opening my halo 5 on xbox one . It makes the sound as if it’s going to open and does nothing . It’s a digital download and I talked to Microsoft and they reference me to the forums.
Have you tried hard resetting your console or reinstalling the game? Try the hard reset first and see if that helps
I have been dealing with the same issue. I have hard reset and reinstalled the game and that hasn’t helped so far.
I have reinstalled and hard reset several times . Still hasn’t worked been like 2 weeks of trying to do it … Last time I buy a digital copy of a game … Anyone has a fix? Even Microsoft are stumped (which is sad).
That is unfortunate, usually reinstalling the game fixes it. It can also be a issue with the region.
Anyone have any ideas on this? Haven’t played Halo 5 in two months because of this issue
I’ve had the same trouble for nearly two weeks now, only my copy is a disc. It loads the game artwork and kicks me back to the home screen. I’ve tried everything you can think of, including a brand new disc. Xbox Support referred me here.
