Can not Customize Spartan ID in Halo Waypoint Beta

Dear Halo Waypoint Support,

I have joined and have approval for the Halo Infinite Multiplayer and Halo Waypoint Beta. I have tried and trouble shot for hours the new Halo Waypoint Beta Android App and the access for Halo Infinite Profile/Spartan ID customization is not present. On the web version it states “Coming Soon”.

Attached below is a video on how to get it to work if you have the Halo Channel App for Android already. You just “upgrade” the Halo Channel Android App and then use the new Halo Waypoint Beta.

I tried to find the Halo Channel Beta app and it is no longer on the Google Play Store and available for me to install on my Android device or anywhere but for the X-Box console.

How do I get the Halo Waypoint Beta to force an upgrade to display “Profile/Spartan ID” in the Halo Infinite Customization field because right now all I see is armor and appearance. It is as if i am not even part of the Beta Testing? Thanks

The apps have been released int the store now, so the betas are unavailable

The app doesent work at all on iOs. Tried it during current multiplayer time but so far no luck, just complains about no service. Got a old android phone(pixel 1 or 2 i think) aswell, iIcould login on that but it was really slow and janky(maybe cuz of old phone?) and there was no way to change your banner or anything like that. Tought that could be possible with the phone app?
