Can no longer access campaigns

Ever since yesterday, I can no longer access the campaign through the Game Pass version. I have them all installed, including the stupid 10.1 MB license file downloads. I even reinstalled the whole stupid thing and the games still show the blue lock icon and trying to play a campaign mission tells me that I need to install it even though it shows as installed in the Xbox app, in the Windows Store AND in the game itself.

It’s been suggested that everyone with this problem send in a support ticket if you haven’t done so. The problem seems to have started sometime this week and has effected me as well as others on the forum.

I am also plagued by this issue and have submitted a ticket.

Has anyone here participated in the recent Season 8 Flight? It would be nice to rule that out as a potential culprit to the issue.

After participating in the Season 8 flight it’s started for me. I’m unable to access all the campaigns and all the multiplayer, it says they’re all uninstalled. Even though they are all installed. It’s been a real pain, have submitted a ticket and I hope they fix it soon. I tried uninstalling the Season 8 flight file on steam but it didn’t fix it at all. I wanted to grind out some points for when the new season comes out…

This appears to be an issue at the moment. Until it’s raised as a known issue by 343 please makes sure and file a support ticket on the Halo Support site.
