Yep, I think Microsoft and 343i allow the use of Halo music for YouTube.

Microsoft are pretty relaxed when it comes to Halo-related content to the point where fanmade games like Warthog Jump have received official releases.

I wouldn’t worry about it.

I think their pretty relaxed about people using the music. I think that if it becomes a copyright issue, you can use up to 30 second clips of the music without it being an issue. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong on that.
