can i still unlock recon?

i need help to unlock recon for halo 3, i know its a old game but its still good. just got my odst and halo 3 achievments done, but i dont know how to unlock recon >:|

Recon should be unlocked to everyone right now, if you have a new account playing Halo 3, give it a bit, it will eventually unlock for you.

Everyone who has played Halo 3 should now have Recon unlocked, as when halo went from Bungie to 343i, 343 realesed Recon to everyone. So everyone should have Recon reguardless to if they have the vidmaster achievements.
