Can I still redeem a code for the locus helm?

My relatives have not seen me for a long time, last week we had a family gathering and I received some gifts. I got some Halo stuff. It says to enter code to get locus helmet. I already own Halo 4, but they pre-ordered me a copy. How can I redeem the code and use it on my spartan?

If the code was not used, then yes its still redeemable. How to redeem it:

  1. Go to xbox.com
  2. Sign In
  3. Go to My Account (do not click, it will highlight a menu)
  4. Above the Sign Out, it says redeem code.
  5. Type in the code and there you have it, you got yourself the Locus.
  6. Start Halo 4
  7. Look at your Armory (Helmets), and you should see it.
