Of course but most people seem to unlock it towards the end of the gold pack grind so be patient.
The Halo 2 Battle Rifle is one of the last few things you’ll unlock, so keep grinding those Gold Packs as much as you can!
I’m almost a 141 and I still don’t have any magnum variants or Halo 2 Battle Rifle, so buckle down because it could be a long grind.
I was lucky and got it around sr100; to help your odds; this is what I did.
I would purchase 4-5 silver packs before I purchased a gold pack.
It’ll help with your chances of legendary and mythic unlocks.
People will say to grind out bronze, than silver, Than gold; random chances never hurt anyone. However, if you’re not really into the game; I’d say do the grind or watch the HCS; they often give codes for free gold packs.

Personally, I recommend skipping bronze, because what’s the point of having mongoose certifications?

The whole certification aspect of the game three me off; I followed a guide from another post. But you’re right.
Unlock everything at silver level before getting golds and that gives you the best odds
