As far as I know, no. To get it, you had to download an app called Bungie. You could get the all star nameplate and blue flames, but since Bungie doesn’t own Halo anymore :(, I don’t think it’s possible except for the very small chance of a 343i employee giving it to you.
Nope, it was a one time only thing back in 2011.

Yeah, it was more of a farewell gift from them on Reach (also tribute for their 20th anniversary). I didn’t had to use the iPhone app to get it when it came out, I just went to their site, and activated it. But no more since Bungie doesn’t own Halo anymore.

All I had to do was play Halo: reach on Bungie day, if i’m not mistaken.
I never had to download an app.
Didn’t have to d/l the iphone app, but you DID have to log into B-net to activate it.
I think to have it permanently you had to have the app. My friend downloaded teh app and gave me the star nameplate the blue flames and the bungie nameplate. but no after bungie day it become unavailable if im not mistaken.

Nope. I do not have an iphone or ipad and I wear mine with PRIDE.

Nope, there is no chance to get the Eternal Armor Effect (simply known as “Blue Flamez”_) now. If you missed out when Bungie was giving away the effect and the All star nameplate, tough luck.

Umm. I think you will find that Bungie NEVER owned Halo. They created the idea and developed it, but all licencing and copyrights are and always were owned by Microsoft throughout the franchise, not Bungie.
