Yeah, sorry about that friend. Focus on completing the season challenges and yellow weeklies to earn more points. If you are below a Tour 4 Level 10, you’ll also get a point after each promotion.
On the plus side, you didn’t throw away any real money since MCC is gloriously free of microtransaction filth!
It would be nice if there was an option to reset your season points if you want to reallocate them. Similar to the way RPGs let you reallocate skill points on a character if you want to change their build.
It might be a bit more difficult for the exchange and challenges where things rotate out or have limited availability. I think you might be stuck with those.
But I see now reason why you couldn’t refund a season, go back to level one, and be reimbursed your points. It’s not like we are dealing with real money purchases or anything.
