I recently been wanting to get my account info for Reach back but I cant remember the email address I used at the time. I know my gamer tag and other friends gamer tags to vouch for me. Is there anything I can do to get my old account back?

No amount of friends vouching for you is going to help you here unfortunately, what you need to do is remember your old email address and - if you forget the password - reset it. Microsoft can’t help you here.
