I have the war games pass and i cant even download the maps on the account i purchased the pass on. Now i also bought the limited edition and i used the code on another account because i couldnt get a yes or no answer on if it gives me all the dlc or not. I still to this day cant download the crimson map for free so i had to purchase it, now im not wanting a refund i just want/need a solution to this problems so i can actually enjoy the dlc that i have already paid for.

When you buy something it clearly states no refunds, that is not just for halo but anything that you buy on xbox live so you are out of luck there.
As for the Wargames pass you are supposed to download the maps from the ingame marketplace like every other game that has used a season pass or else you will be charged twice.
You’re trying to download them from the halo 4 menu correct? If not then you’re doing it wrong.

I go to the in-game marketplace and no map packs show up for me.
I know not to go to the marketplace on the dashboard because i have the pass for call of duty too. I have re downloaded the pass i have done a license transfer because i had to get a new xbox and i thought that was why it wouldnt work but no that wasnt it. i still cant get the maps to show up and i cant get a solution to this problem
Go into your download history and delete the Crimson Map pack. If its not showing up then it was previously downloaded. Did you download it during the “free trial” and buy the season pass afterwards?
I never got the free trial. i bought the pass on day one. I waited a week before buying the maps myself because it didnt seem like anything was going to change. Now i was able to get majestic on my other account because of the limited edition pass but my concern is about this account with the war games pass which wont allow me to get crimson or majestic.
Delete every last scrap of Halo 4 from your console then start from scratch via your download history.
Hmmmm. Are both packs able to be downloaded on the other account that used the LE pass?
Crimson and Majestic show up in game marketplace via other account. Crimson cost 800 ms points and i was able to get majestic for free.
That’s odd. Are you able to find the Crimson map pack in your hard drive by going to settings > system > storage > hard drive > games & apps > Halo 4?
yeah but i had to purchase the maps and when i play on my other account it tends to not want to work and will kick me from the game because i cant load the maps even though its downloaded to my xbox. Now when i play on this account I am perfectly fine. I did purchase the maps on the xbox i own now.
Was one of the accounts started on the current Xbox console? Or we’re they all transferred. Sounds like there is some sort of content license issue going on here. Maybe try deleting the map pack from the hard drive and redownload them via download history from your main account. Things can get weird when you have multiple accounts and have transferred to a new console.
