Can I play this game OFFLINE ???

Pardon me. Quick question. I’m too lazy and drunk right now to test this out for myself.

If I move to Mars with electricity in my space house, can I play the following WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION?:

LAN multiplayer with 2 consoles on 2 TVs?
Forge?
Campaigns: HCE - H4?
Theater?
Spartan Ops?
Splitscreen anything?

LAN is, sadly, dead for some time already in gaming.

But I understand, you hoped for option which was in older Halo games.
