After signing up for the halo pc insider program, I noticed that the Microsoft account that is linked with my current email address that I use is a newer one that I added to my Xbox One a couple years ago. The account that I played all of my favorite Halo games on is in the Xbox Account Family however. Is there a way merge them so that I can view my old Halo progress on this account? I was a wondering if this account being blank for previously played Halo games would maybe decrease my chances of being accepted as well. Any help / advice is greatly appreciated.
You will not be able to merge/transfer account data as it’s against MS policy to do so. I suggest choosing one account and sticking to it.
You could also change your Insider e-mail by signing up new with the account you want !
Unless you have already been in an Insider flight, you’re chances of getting chosen again are higher than with a new Insider account
