I have had 52 hours and 35 min. for over a week now! I still haven’t received my Timmy helmet. I have been playing custom games constant everyday to get 50 hours and I finally reached 50 hours last week but I still haven’t gotten Timmy! Please let me know if you have any info on when I will receive it 343.

The Timmy Helmet is a known issue that is being looking into. At this time there is no set date as to when this issue will be fixed.
