Hello. I play halo. I decided to buy Halo Reach for my X-box One when I found out about the backwards compatibility. The load takes a while but that’s not the problem. I can only play guest account. I would like to save my progress. Do I have to have a 360 to make an account? If not please tell me. X-box is also my first type of this console so please forgive me if this question is kinda stupid. Also I kinda still don’t really know the lay out for Halowaypoint so if this is the wrong area please tell me. Thank you for your consideration.

Strange. Try uninstalling and reinstalling, and then hard resetting your Xbox. There’s also some step that involves recovering your account on backwards compatibility too, I believe.
