Well, this is the second time I have bought a silver req pack and it didn’t let me open it. Its loads for a minute while opening it then it says “error”. Then it proceeds to tell me to go to the open pack page and open it. Then it says I’ve already opened it. That’s another 5k down the drain. So can I get my packs now please? This is the second time.

You’re bound to find new weapons, emblems or armour (stances or assasinations too) in there which you didn’t have before. Happened to me before, and they were there. Just didn’t see them.

Could be anything. Have you also restarted halo and then checked?
Restart the game. Your stuff will be in inventory. You can also verify here on WP.
